Lomingo International awarded ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certificates

Lomingo International has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certificates. They are valid from 14 October 2026. The first certifies the company’s quality management system to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The second certifies its information security management system to the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

The certificates were issued by the certification body SCK Certifications after a full audit of how the company operates. They cover all its main areas of work. These are aerial filming and photography, industrial inspections, terrain mapping and surveying. They also include precision agriculture, drone cleaning of buildings and practical drone pilot training.

What ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 confirm

ISO 9001 confirms that every job and every course follows a written procedure. Risks are assessed in advance, and the work is continually monitored and improved. ISO/IEC 27001 confirms that Lomingo International keeps footage, maps and the data of clients and trainees under clear rules. These rules set out who may access them, where they are stored and for how long.

Why it matters to companies that commission drone filming

During inspections of power lines, solar plants and industrial sites, the drone captures sensitive data. The owner does not want just anyone to see it. That is why ISO/IEC 27001 is especially important for companies that entrust Lomingo with filming their sites. ISO 9001 gives them confidence that every job will follow the same proven procedure. This applies from the agreement and flight plan to the delivery of results.

What this means for trainees

Practical drone pilot training is named in the scope of certification, together with drone services. Each course follows a written programme, with the same quality for every group. Data from course applications is kept under information security rules.

Who stands behind the ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 certificates

SCK Certifications is accredited by the United Accreditation Foundation (UAF). UAF is a Global ACI signatory for both standards. Global ACI is the global network of accreditation bodies and succeeded the IAF in 2026.
