Drone technology in Serbia is taking centre stage in education, industry and the media. One of the clearest signs of that growth was the appearance of the Lomingo team on RTS. RTS is the Serbian public broadcaster and the country’s leading national television. In a programme devoted to modern technology, the guests talked about the wide range of drone applications. They also discussed young people’s growing interest in the field. A Lomingo instructor and one of the team’s licensed drone pilots shared their experience. They spoke about professional challenges, training and the opportunities the drone industry offers.

A special focus was on how drone technology in Serbia is used to build a career and create new business models. The Lomingo pilot described his own path. He started as a hobbyist and completed a specialised course. Today he works professionally, offering filming, inspection and FPV services.

The programme also highlighted the role of education. With the right training and support, young people can join this fast-growing industry. The guests talked about the growing number of secondary schools and institutions that work with Lomingo. They also stressed the importance of certified training for a successful start in professional flying.

The most interesting part was the concrete examples: flight footage, FPV material and stories from real jobs. They gave the audience a feel for the excitement and the responsibility that come with working with drones.

The RTS appearance is one more sign that drone technology in Serbia is gaining importance, both among young people and in the media. This is only the beginning. Lomingo International continues to spread awareness, knowledge and enthusiasm across the country.
