The drone training for North Macedonia’s Ministry of Energy was one of Lomingo International’s most significant international projects. The company ran a specialised course for staff of the Ministry of Energy of North Macedonia. Over three days, the students went through the complete workflow of today’s most advanced industrial drones. They flew the DJI Matrice 350 RTK, the LiDAR L2 system and the DJI Mavic 3E platform.

The programme covered advanced flying techniques, safety protocols, mission planning, surveying workflows, thermal measurements and analysis of the collected data. The participants mastered work in real, demanding conditions. The course prepared them to operate the complex aircraft used in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Through practical work in the field, the Ministry’s operators learned to use innovative sensors and RTK systems correctly. They also worked with LiDAR technology and advanced data processing software. They finished the three-day course fully prepared to use drones professionally in inspections, mapping and critical infrastructure management.
